This is a strategic partnership, not a standard client placement. Brad negotiated a discounted rate because the Taylors are opening doors to 165,000+ Keller Williams agents and a massive August event with 10,000 attendees.

Who Are Rob & Beth Taylor?
Rob and Beth are a husband-wife real estate team at Keller Williams in the Capital District, NY area. About 15 years in the business. Rob went from 6 deals his first year to roughly 60 deals per year... all on just 60 minutes of daily lead gen. 98% of their business comes from referrals.
They run two businesses:
1. Team Taylor (Real Estate)
Their KW practice. About 1,000 contacts in their database. The top 300 ("Spartan 300") get an 86-touch program annually. They run quarterly events with ~150 people each.
2. 86it (Coaching Business)
This is where OA comes in. 86it teaches other KW agents Rob's "60 for 60" system. The name refers to both the 86% new agent failure rate and their 86-touch contact system. They have a full product funnel already:
- Free PDF lead magnet
- $7 "21 Day to Mastery" email course
- Live weekly webinar
- $497-500 online course
- "Market Mastery" recurring subscription ($99/mo)
The Partnership Exchange
What OA Provides
- One full-time dedicated VA for 86it's content and digital marketing
- Standard OA onboarding, management, and playbook setup
- Partnership pricing at $1,995/mo
What the Taylors Provide
- Help OA figure out what to offer Keller Williams agents
- Collaborate on building productized packages for new KW agents
- Open doors to hundreds of KW agents for Brad to meet with
- Help position OA at the August KW event (10,000+ agents)
- Industry credibility and referral pipeline within KW
Why They're Coming to OA
- Stalled 86it growth: Can't get Rob in front of enough potential customers
- Low webinar attendance: Strong ad analytics but poor show-up rates
- Previous VA didn't work out: CyberBacker VA was "out of her pay grade." Ending that contract.
- Fragmented content: Social media posting is inconsistent and scattered
- No community management: Comments, DMs, and engagement going unmonitored
- Ad targeting mismatch: Facebook ads attracting wrong audience (micro-businesses, not KW agents)
What the VA Will Do
The VA focuses entirely on the 86it coaching business (not the real estate team).
Video Clipping (Opus Clips)
Social Media Posting
Content Repurposing
ClickFunnels Updates
Email Campaign Support
Community Monitoring
Graphic Design (Canva)
Content Calendar
The core workflow: Rob records long-form content. The VA turns each piece into 10-15+ short clips and distributes them across all social platforms on a consistent schedule.
Current Tech Stack
Very simple setup right now. The VA will likely introduce better workflows over time.

Contact Information
Primary contact for onboarding: Beth Taylor. She runs day-to-day operations for both businesses and will manage the VA directly.
Key Context for Summer
- Brad personally negotiated this deal and is actively involved with the Taylors.
- Don't position the pricing as a "discount." It's a partnership rate reflecting the strategic value they bring.
- Their CyberBacker experience was disappointing. They'll be comparing our VA quality against that baseline. We need to exceed it from day one.
- The Taylors have deep credibility in the KW world. If this goes well, it becomes a case study and referral engine for an entire vertical.
- Rob closes 60% of prospects in live settings. The VA's job is to get him in front of more people through content.
Timeline Urgency
There is a major Keller Williams event in August with 10,000+ agents. Brad wants the VA placed and producing visible results before that event so the Taylors can showcase the impact of working with OA.
- VA placement needs to happen immediately
- The VA should be producing content within the first 1-2 weeks
- By mid-August, there should be a clear "before/after" story for the KW event
This timeline is tight but critical. The August event could be the launchpad for OA's entire Keller Williams vertical.
